As a Qualified Social Worker in our CP/CIN team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely interventions and support. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England (SWE) as a qualified social worker. Proven experience working in child protection and child in need settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
