Join our dedicated MASH Team in Cardiff as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Children's Services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families in our community. You will work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children, conducting assessments and providing support to families in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely responses and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales (or eligibility to register). Experience working within Children’s Services, particularly in a MASH or safeguarding context. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
