We are seeking a dedicated and passionate CWD (Children with Disabilities) Social Worker to join our team in Essex, offering an attractive rate of £288 per day. This role is pivotal in supporting children with disabilities and their families, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities and their families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans that address the unique needs of each child.
