Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of adolescents and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans that promote positive outcomes. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students, fostering a collaborative team environment. Engaging with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated service delivery. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working with adolescents in a social work capacity. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection and adolescent welfare.
