We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager - Assessment & Safeguarding to join our dynamic team in Darlington. Leading and managing a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices in assessment and safeguarding. Overseeing the development, implementation, and review of safeguarding plans and assessments.
