As a Qualified Social Worker in our Family Help Hub, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify needs and provide appropriate support. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority policies. Providing guidance and support to families to empower them towards self-sufficiency. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals. A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and family support services. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
