As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, supporting families in crisis, and collaborating with various agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children in need. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and investigations regarding child welfare concerns. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing support and intervention to families in crisis, ensuring their needs are met. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a statutory children's services environment. Strong assessment and analytical skills with a keen understanding of safeguarding policies.
