Join our dedicated Lincolnshire AP - Locality Team as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting children, families, and vulnerable adults within the community. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases, ensuring the well-being and safety of those you serve. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individual and family needs. Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis. Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
