Are you a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker specializing in Assessment and Safeguarding? As a Senior Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of individuals and families. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners. Providing expert guidance and support to junior social workers and other team members. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Extensive experience in safeguarding and assessment within a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
