We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our team in the West Essex area, primarily working from home. This role focuses on Child Welfare and Development (CWD), providing essential support to children and families in need. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable children and promoting their well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework and interventions. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a CWD setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
