We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Kinship Team in Hartlepool. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans for children in kinship placements. Providing supervision and support to social work staff, promoting best practices within the team.
