As a Social Worker in our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of unaccompanied minors and young refugees. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Providing advocacy and support to ensure access to necessary services, including education, health care, and legal assistance. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of best practices in safeguarding.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in the context of refugee and asylum-seeking populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
