We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Fostering Team in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to children in foster placements, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing and monitoring the needs of children in foster care Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the foster families Providing support and guidance to foster carers to enhance the quality of care provided Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children Working closely with other professionals, such as therapists and educators, to address the individual needs of each child

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Experience working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
