Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing individual care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to enhance professional development.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with an ability to develop effective intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
