Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely interventions and support. Providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers and support staff. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
