We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker who is committed to providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families in need. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with children, families, and multi-agency partners. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local authority policies. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when necessary. Providing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
