Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Join our Children's SW - Court Team in Northamptonshire, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in the community. You will work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children involved in court proceedings.

As a member of our Court Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans in accordance with legislation and best practice. Preparing and presenting evidence in court, ensuring that the voice of the child is central to all proceedings. Working closely with families to support them through the court process and providing ongoing support post-proceedings. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to share information and develop integrated approaches to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and timely records of casework and interventions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and court work within a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
