Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing child protection plans in line with statutory requirements. Managing a caseload of complex cases, providing high-quality support and intervention. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Providing guidance and support to less experienced social workers and team members. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
