Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading assessments and care planning for complex cases, ensuring adherence to best practices and legislation. Providing supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to promote integrated service delivery. Conducting reviews and evaluations of care plans to ensure optimal outcomes for service users. Participating in local initiatives and projects to enhance the quality of care within the community.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant professional qualification in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field. Registered with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., Social Work England, NMC). Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with local and national standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessments and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
