As a Children's Social Worker in the Assessment and Intervention Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills and qualifications include:
Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a caseload.
