Undertaking comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families to promote their well-being and safety. Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration. Proven experience working within a Children's Services setting, preferably in an assessment team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
