As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to families in need. Your expertise will help us identify risks, promote resilience, and empower families to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Providing advice and guidance to non-specialist staff and stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and assessment work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
