We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PERM Children's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Northamptonshire. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people at risk of harm or abuse.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Undertaking assessments and investigations to identify risks and develop appropriate intervention plans Working collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and other professionals to provide support and protection to vulnerable children Attending case conferences, court hearings, and reviews to advocate for the best interests of the child Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventionsEssential qualifications and skills:
