We are seeking an experienced CWD Senior Social Worker to join our dedicated team in Norfolk, offering a competitive rate of £40.50 per hour. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their welfare and safeguarding while promoting their development and well-being. Your expertise will be crucial in providing high-quality assessments, interventions, and support to families, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and interventions to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and timely records in line with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Social Work, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child welfare and safeguarding, particularly within a qualified social work role. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
