Join our dedicated team in Warwickshire as a Non Case Holding - Lead Child Protection Practitioner, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children within our community. In this influential position, you will lead a team of social workers, providing expert guidance and support in child protection matters while fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes the best interests of children and families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of social workers in the assessment and management of child protection cases. Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to develop effective safeguarding strategies. Providing expert advice and support in complex cases, ensuring adherence to legal and procedural standards. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of child protection interventions and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons Social Work, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
