We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our CP Long Term Team in Warwickshire, specifically in Nuneaton. As a Social Worker in the CP Long Term Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to safeguard children. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support for families. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration. Experience working in child protection and long-term case management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
