Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting quality assurance audits and safeguarding assessments to ensure compliance with national standards. Collaborating with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement safeguarding plans. Providing training and support to staff on safeguarding policies and procedures. Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
