Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders. Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely interventions and reviews. Providing advice, support, and guidance to families to empower them in making positive changes. Collaborating with schools, health services, and community organizations to ensure holistic support.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or DipSW). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working in children’s services, with a strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
