Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting and improve family dynamics. The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
