We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children Services team (ID 04267). In this vital role, you will work closely with children and families to provide support, advocacy, and intervention services. Your work will have a profound impact on the lives of vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each child's needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing individualized care plans. Providing counseling and support to children and their families. Facilitating access to resources and services, including mental health support and educational assistance. Documenting case progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with agency policies. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Social Worker in the relevant state. Strong knowledge of child welfare laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
