Join our dedicated Family Help Team as a Qualified Social Worker in the vibrant boroughs of Richmond & Wandsworth. We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to support children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive outcomes. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, community organizations, and other professionals to deliver high-quality social work services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing intervention plans that support family strengths and address challenges. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, focusing on building resilience and enhancing family dynamics. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework activities and progress.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within children's services, particularly in a family support context. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
