We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Post Order and Permanence Team in Rochdale. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families involved in the post-order and permanence processes.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in need of post-order and permanence support. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Undertaking direct work with children and families to address their needs and promote positive outcomes. Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings as required. Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and professional standards.The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration. Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a social work setting. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities. Commitment to promoting the welfare and well-being of children and families.Additional requirements for this role include:
