Join our dedicated Support and Safeguarding team in Wiltshire as a qualified Social Worker, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of individual and family needs. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Providing direct support and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding, assessment, and intervention within a social work context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
