We are currently seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) team in Solihull. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families by assessing and managing risks effectively.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and investigations into child protection concerns Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences Ensuring all work is in line with relevant legislation and policies

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Experience working within a MASH team or similar child protection setting Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
