Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in accordance with legislative and departmental standards. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a cohesive approach to safeguarding. Providing advice and support to families, empowering them to make positive changes.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
