The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In addition to the above, candidates with experience in child protection, safeguarding, and court work will be highly desirable.
