We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our CWD Team in Stockton on Tees. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children with disabilities and their families.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
