We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Family Support & Intervention team in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on the lives of families in need. The position offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role and the expertise required to deliver effective support and intervention.
As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing intervention plans to support families in crisis. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support for families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Providing guidance and support to families to promote positive outcomes for children.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Active registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in family support and intervention settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and professionals.
