Are you a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Sunderland City Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Fostering Team. As a Qualified Social Worker in the Fostering Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of prospective foster carers. Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster families. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children. Developing and implementing care plans in line with statutory requirements. Participating in training and development initiatives to enhance service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
