We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) team in Swindon. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans to support children with disabilities. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
