As a Senior Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing and managing complex cases involving children and families in need of safeguarding interventions. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each family. Providing supervision and support to social work staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to family safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and family safeguarding. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
