A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a locality team or relevant social work setting. Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices in child protection and family support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
