We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our CLA Team in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children in need, ensuring their safety and well-being are prioritized at all times.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for children in care Conducting regular visits and reviews to monitor progress and ensure the best outcomes for children Liaising with external agencies and professionals to coordinate support services Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Providing guidance and support to foster carers and adoptive families

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
