Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Duty & Assessment Team in Warwickshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding children and promoting their welfare by conducting assessments and providing support to families in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial assessments and ensuring timely and accurate decision-making regarding child welfare. Working collaboratively with families, children, and multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Maintaining detailed case records and preparing reports for court proceedings as necessary. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and services. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding, preferably within a statutory setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with families and professionals.
