Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of family situations and identifying appropriate interventions. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Facilitating multi-agency meetings and fostering partnerships with community organizations. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body.
