As the Children's Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's services team, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices. Providing effective supervision and support to social workers, fostering professional development and high standards of practice. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for children and families. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Care Wales. Significant experience in children's social work, including supervisory or management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. In-depth knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
