We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Wrexham - ATM - Looked After Children team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to Looked After Children and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for Looked After Children Direct work with children and young people to promote their well-being and development Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Contributing to the overall improvement of services for Looked After Children

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working with Looked After Children and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong assessment and analytical skills
