Cheryl Lewis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Lancashire. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their well-being and safeguarding their rights. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of tailored care plans, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote positive outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention strategies. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families. Maintaining accurate and confidential case records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in a social work setting, preferably with vulnerable populations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
