Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored intervention plans. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and support staff. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Engaging with clients, families, and community resources to facilitate effective service delivery. Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives.To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
Registered Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration. A minimum of 3 years' post-qualifying experience in social work, preferably within a locality or community setting. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
