We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Locality Team in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families, ensuring their needs are met through effective assessment, intervention, and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and multi-agency partners. Providing supervision and mentoring to junior staff, fostering their professional development. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker status with a valid Social Work England registration. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s social work, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals alike. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations effectively.
