Join our dedicated team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker in the Family Assessment/Advice and Support Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies. Providing expert advice and support to families, ensuring they understand available resources and options. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national regulations. Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children and families.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a family assessment or support context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
