We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Child Protection/Child in Need (CP/CIN) Team in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing support to vulnerable children and their families in accordance with statutory guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with local authority policies. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.The ideal candidate will possess:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a CP/CIN team or similar setting. Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and child welfare legislation.
