We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Child Protection/Child in Need (CP/CIN) Team in Lincolnshire. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with local authority policies. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within a CP/CIN team or similar setting. Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and child welfare legislation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
