We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team) in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality support and intervention for families in need. As a QSW, you will play a crucial role in assessing family situations, developing intervention plans, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in our care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess:
A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in child protection or family support. Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
