Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention strategies in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local authority regulations. Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate services and resources for families.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and family support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
