As a Qualified Social Worker in the Early Help Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families, ensuring timely and appropriate intervention. Developing and implementing tailored support plans that empower families and promote resilience. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support and ensure service delivery is effective and coordinated. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with organizational policies and procedures. Providing advice and guidance to families, helping them access additional resources and community services.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children and family social work, particularly in early intervention and prevention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse families.
