Join our dedicated team in Dacorum East as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families within the Hertfordshire community. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality support services. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve positive outcomes and improve their quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and circumstances. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with clients and other professionals. Providing ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy to clients, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have a proven track record in social work practice, particularly in child protection, adult services, or mental health. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

If you are passionate about social work and ready to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
